I’ve always loved Sendero—their marketing, designs, and hat styles are awesome. A few years ago, I bought a few hats in Canada for $68 CAD, which is more than I usually spend, but the fit and quality were great. After having the blue Sendero logo hat saved on my Instagram since 2019, I was excited to finally get one, though it wasn’t that exact one I had to get one!
Since then, I’ve ordered several hats, but the fit has been really inconsistent. Some are too deep, others too shallow, and the snapback adjustments vary greatly. I understand different styles fit differently, but I have found the differences too extreme. This is my opinion,this may be intentional and people may like this about senderos hats!
That said, Sendero’s customer service has been fantastic, and I love their designs. As of to why I’m giving this 3 stars instead of 2, but unless I find a hat in-store that fits perfectly, I probably won’t order anymore again, as I now have six hats sitting as decoration in my closet!
