A brand new lineup of cowboy hats. Designed by the best hat maker in the biz. With added Sendero giddy-up from top to bottom.
Some things you don’t fake. Cowboy hats are one of them.
Standard Hat Works, established in 1915, has earned its reputation the right way, through quality, consistency, and decades of making hats for the people who live in them. From some of the most trusted country musicians in the world to working cowboys who know the difference, Standard Hat Works is a name that carries real weight in the hat world.
This collaboration brings together two Waco-rooted brands built on the same values: authenticity, heritage, and respect for the culture that shaped us.
HOW TO MEASURE

A sewing tape works best. No tape? Use a string or phone charger cord, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler.
Across the middle of your forehead, about 1/8" above the tops of your ears, and around the fullest part of the back of your head. Keep it level all the way around.
Your hat will fit about as tight as you measure. Don't pull it so the tape dents your skin, and don't leave slack.
Wear your hair the way you'll wear it under the hat. If the two readings differ, use the bigger one.
Find your measurement in the chart below. Between sizes, go up to the next size.
| Hat Size | Inches | CM |
|---|---|---|
| 6 ⅞ | 21 1/2" | 55 cm |
| 7 | 21 7/8" | 56 cm |
| 7 ⅛ | 22 1/4" | 57 cm |
| 7 ¼ | 22 5/8" | 58 cm |
| 7 ⅜ | 23" | 59 cm |
| 7 ½ | 23 1/2" | 60 cm |
| 7 ⅝ | 23 7/8" | 61 cm |
Between sizes? Size up.
No. Hat sizes are head circumference, so the chart is the same for everyone.
Below 21 1/2" (55 cm), order 6 7/8 and add sizing tape. Above 23 7/8" (61 cm), this collection won't fit well. We'd rather tell you now than ship a return.
Yes. Send it back unworn, with its keepsake hat box, and we'll swap the size.
To get started, submit a request through our returns portal.
