If you find that your Sendero provisions don’t fit, aren’t what you were expecting, or you need a different size or color please follow the instructions at the bottom of this page and we will be happy to process your request.
Returns and exchanges typically take 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s)
Return Policy
– To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition.
– Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item(s) is damaged or defective.
– Item(s) must be returned in original packaging or at least a comparable box sufficient not to damage the item(s) during return shipping.
– A $7.00 restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for damaged or defective item(s).
– This Return & Exchange policy is good for 30 days after receiving your order.
– Returns and exchanges typically take 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s)
– International orders must cover return shipping to be eligible for a return

SHIPPING
General
– Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days
– To keep your shipping costs down and reduce our impact on the environment, we ship orders whole when they are ready. If you ordered multiple items, they will all ship together when the entire order is ready
– All transit times listed are estimates and not guaranteed. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date - please reach out to our customer service team at contact@senderopc.com so that we can share options and help make that happen for you.
Tracking
– You'll get an email with tracking information when your order ships, and another email when your order has been delivered
– Orders sent via 'Pony Express' (stickers and patches only) will get emails that the order has been sent, but the USPS does not provide tracking for Letter Mail
Packaging
– Orders with hats will ship in a plain cardboard box with a shipping label
– Up to 5 shirts will ship in a poly mailer bag. Larger shirt orders will ship in a box.
– Stickers and Patches can ship via Pony Express in an envelope with a stamp (no tracking), or can ship in a protective bubble mailer via USPS or UPS.
– Pins and Bandanas will ship in a protective bubble mailer
